1812年，希望帝國建國以後，關於皇宮內務的部分依然按照舊制，以後宮兩局（內務府與尚宮局）作為管理單位。後來在1815年，太祖皇帝施永真決定進行改革，將內務府與尚宮局進行合併，並參考歐洲皇室的內務管理機構以及慶寧明朝的宗人府制度，正式成立了皇室典儀院

皇室典儀院（英語：Imperial Household of the Empire of Hinnia），是希望帝國中掌管皇室及皇宮事務的機構。
