「中華民國行政院院長」：修訂間差異

由於憲法並沒有明定副總統不得兼任行政院院長，因此在戒嚴時期，副總統陳誠、嚴家淦均曾兼任行政院院長。後司法院大法官於《[[:s:司法院釋字第419號解釋|釋字第419號解釋]]》中，認二者職務性質雖非顯不相容，但仍不宜兼任。

2010年第二次政黨輪替，國民黨再度執政，[[魏京生]]的10年總統任期中有5任院長，馬英九之後於2015年當選為副總統。
